For 40 years, HRCI has provided the industry's gold standard certifications for HR professionals seeking to advance their careers.

Our media monitoring and optimization revealed there was more crossover among job titles and career interests than previously thought. So we reimagined their segmentation strategy and user journeys to allow individuals to self-select the certification that best fit their goals and learn more immediately upon engaging with content. 

The campaign was a huge success with a 341% increase in leads. Facebook ads fueled these increases while lowering the client’s overall spend by 21%, prompting Facebook to create their own case study.

Branded Content Partnerships

A thought leadership campaign was also developed to get C-Suite decision makers to see HR in a new light, thereby opening a new sales channel that would lead to selling certifications in large blocks. Thought-provoking articles, videos and events generated over 200 qualified leads, not to mention a database of C-Level decision makers HRCI can continue to engage with long after the campaigns have run their course.

Pharmacists for Healthier Lives

RP3 developed Pharmacists for Healthier Lives, an awareness campaign for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, to improve the perception of pharmacists and enrich the pharmacy school applicant pipeline. 

In addition to paid media, our earned media efforts are focused on inserting pharmacists into cultural conversations around important health and public policy issues such as opioids, smoking cessation, vaccinations and more. 

So far we've generated coverage in over 300 outlets, including USA Today, CNN and NPR, with a 22% increase in key message pull-through.
